Select the products you wish and add them to your shopping cart. Then, enter all the required information and complete your purchase. The order details can be changed before payment.
The accepted payment methods are PayPal, Credit Card or bank transfer. The shipment of the goods will take place only after the effective receipt of payment.
For products purchased from Italy, the prices on the site are inclusive of VAT and include shipping costs for orders over 60,00 euro.
The order will be cancelled automatically by deleting.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €60,00.
Delivery is made in Italy generally within 3 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation.
If delivery cannot be made, the order will be sent to the warehouse and a notice will be sent specifying the location of the order and how a new delivery can be organised. If you are unable to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to reschedule the delivery. If the delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control after 30 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we shall consider the contract to be terminated. In case of termination, the amounts will be refunded, excluding any additional costs caused by the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of termination. The transport resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be charged to the User.
It is possible to make a single exchange for the same product by delivering it to the courier appointed by the seller, in this case the return and shipping costs will be € 20,00, the exchange request can be sent by accessing the returns section of your account.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason by accessing the returns section of your account. Check the "Shipping and returns" section for more information.
The communication must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of multiple purchases with a single order and delivered separately, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
For orders from Italy, the goods must be returned without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was sent by handing it over to the courier appointed by the Seller. The cost of transporting the returned goods is € 20,00 to be charged to the Customer, except in the case of non-conformity, and shall be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days and will be made using the same payment method chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
